HomeCare Options qualified staff are able to advise you about eligibility for funded options and assist you to access the appropriate service.

The formalisation of HomeCare Options came about in response to community and industry requests for high quality and flexible home care services. To accommodate this community need, HomeCare Options have built a team of health professionals and support staff who are able to provide services at the highest levels possible for care and service delivery.

Our team of highly trained professional staff support clients in their homes, and offer a level of consistency in staffing, that few other companies provide. In conjunction with doctors, health care professionals and clients, a customised care plan incorporating one or many services will be designed to meet specific requirements. Ongoing monitoring and reviews by appropriately qualified staff will then provide feedback and the flexibility to modify any aspect of care at any given time.

Range of Care Options

HomeCare Options offers a range of; funded, subsidised and private services. Our Care Coordinators and case managers can offer assistance to identify eligibility for funded services and then assist clients to access such service. We also operate private services on a fee for service basis.

Culturally Sensitive Services

HomeCare Options specialises in the provision of services to people from culturally diverse and indigenous backgrounds. Services are tailored to meet individual needs and preferences provided by bilingual / bicultural staff where possible matched to clients’ ethnicity.
