  • We provide a comprehensive induction program to ensure our staff are well equipped to handle the challenging service provision scenarios. Back up support is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week from our professional on call support team.
  • HomeCare Options provide paid monthly staff meetings and workshop or education sessions providing the opportunity to increase your knowledge and get to know other staff fostering a network of effective support for community based staff. HomeCare Options also funds eligible staff for Certificate III and IV training in; Aged Care, Community Care and Disability Services.
  • Our team are like family members working together to help meet client needs. Companionship and human interaction are among the most important of services we can deliver and other non-clinical services we perform, such as meal preparations, laundry, shopping and errands also assist the elderly to remain independent at home.
  • We employ Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses as well as a team of part time, sessional or contracted Allied Health Professionals in order to support the provision of optimal services.
