We provide a comprehensive induction program to ensure our staff are well equipped to handle the challenging service provision scenarios. Back up support is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week from our professional on call support team.
HomeCare Options provide paid monthly staff meetings and workshop or education sessions providing the opportunity to increase your knowledge and get to know other staff fostering a network of effective support for community based staff. HomeCare Options also funds eligible staff for Certificate III and IV training in; Aged Care, Community Care and Disability Services.
Our team are like family members working together to help meet client needs. Companionship and human interaction are among the most important of services we can deliver and other non-clinical services we perform, such as meal preparations, laundry, shopping and errands also assist the elderly to remain independent at home.
We employ Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses as well as a team of part time, sessional or contracted Allied Health Professionals in order to support the provision of optimal services.
