The HomeCare Options team are pleased to announce that they have met all 18 out of 18 of the Home Care Common Standards in their comprehensive 3-yearly audit from the Aged Care Quality Agency conducted May 2016.
Three reviewers from the Quality Agency, who are responsible for auditing home care approved providers, found that HomeCare Options had met all 18 out of 18 of the national Home Care Common Standards, with no areas for improvement recommended.
The Quality Agency look at all the quality systems and processes underpinning an organisation’s care and management reviewing systems and processes associated with areas such as continuous improvement, risk management, human resource management, assessment, care delivery and regulatory compliance.
